1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions, you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
What to Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Sonoran Scoopers team, ensuring a spotless litter every time.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Sonoran Scoopers technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to areas. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Cat Litter
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and grab your cat litter & box wherever it's left on service day. We will dump, disinfect, and refill your cat litter box. Our team members will leave your litter & box where you request, and we will send a notification when we are done!
Safety Procedures
Once your service is complete, your Sonoran Scoopers technician will take and upload a photo of your litter box to ensure you know where it's left at your home.
Pet Waste Disposal
Your pooper scooper will remove and place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
